Lakeside welcomes most pets to our Carmel apartment community. Pets bigger than a certain size have to be housed on the first floor or a second floor apartment above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly fee for pet-owning Residents.

Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Lakeside and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment.
